@raphaeljolivet, I'm not using java2typescript-maven-plugin and java2typescript-jaxrs modules myself (just java2typescript-jackson), but I noticed, that maven-plugin passes outFileWriter to ServiceDescriptorGenerator.generateJavascript where it is not used (hence the empty file).

I thought You were using the java2typescript-maven-plugin - aren't You using it or are You using older version?
