a11y Issue: 34, 25, 29,32

Issue 34: The clear button on the namespace picker does not show keyboard focus and does not response to enter/space to activate.

Issue 25: Need to add role-button and aria-label to the clear button.
Issue 29: Role is not defined for the interactive element, making it difficult for screen reader users to access the functionality associated with it.

Issue 32: The form field do not have the label associated with them resulting in screen reader users fail to understand the purpose of the form field.
