This PR has changes on top of the work in Azure#11962 to ensure that when working in ReceiveAndDelete mode one does not see the settlement methods or the renewMessageLock method. Here, we achieve this by having separate interfaces for the receiver in the two receive modes
A downside of this approach is that it is that the interface names are getting too long
