Description:
As per ral-facilities/datagateway#782, the data from the generator script appears to have inconsistent timezones when the system uses BST. The best workaround to this is to ensure the machine uses UTC. I'll add this detail to the relevant section of the readme.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Add details regarding UTC for generator script
