Deployment is too complicated, because there's a bootstrap issue around keys. Rather, generate keys and json at some time with cli. Only problem is the list of domains, but this grows, doesn't shrink, similar to host init.

gen_key also calls gen_named_conf so always up to date
Removed named mode from component.opendkim
