Add duplex long-edge/short-edge support

Initial testing on Windows looks good.

I'm going to have to find a different printer for testing on macOS and Ubuntu.

On macOS, I can't get any print jobs to print to tray 2 (even by printing the PDF directly), which is the tray that supports duplex.
