• adds export definitions
• values are normalized according to their type
• adds support to directly insert data pg into db or update an existing db
• adds locale support for interpretation of numeric and date fields
• adds error reporting for unconvertable values
• adds fm_id (filemaker internal record id) and fm_mod_id (a modification counter) meta fields to the export

since it is the first release and it was until now only tested with my own fp5 files I'll stich with the minor version 0 for now
