Rename main slugs class file and move it down.

Adopt a consistent naming convention with a fixed prefix:
QTX_Module_Acf(several classes)QTX_Module_Gravity_FormsQTX_Module_JetpackQTX_Module_SlugsFor now use snake case to keep consistent, may evolve later.
