Adding new handwired ortho 5x14 keyboard that I created.

I created this keyboard a few years ago, and created a firmware from qmk for this, but never committed my code back. This time I replaced the controller, re-arraigned the layout a bit, and added some advance features (single tap, single hold, double tap, double hold, triple tap, etc.) for modifiers, layers, and space keys, so I can try to do most functions with the left hand.

There are 3 layouts: "default", "split1", and my current usage called "2u", with 2u having the most features.

Quick question: The PR is approved but it says "Merging is blocked" because I am not authorized to initiate the merge. So, who does?
