Operator Postflight check- db migration check #382

This PR includes the following changes

postflight check to retrieve failed init container logs
refactored code that should work well for both preflight and postflight checks (this is the reason why many files have been impacted).
documentation updated for postflight checks.

On a sidenote: this PR also includes some tests for client-go code with client-go fake.
