- Move values needed by Solr from ckanparams to stackparams
- Fix node path used by solr_app
- 'ckan_web' is not expected by the deployment recipe - Move to the correct params recipe as 'ckanparams' is not executed by Solr deployments"
- All layers need access to this metadata
