Went over all changelog entries making sure they follow our guidelines as written at:

pytest/.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md

Lines 18 to 21 in 88c9e92

Write sentences in the **past or present tense**, examples:
* *Improved verbose diff output with sequences.*
* *Terminal summary statistics now use multiple colors.*
