I am a bit confused. What is in this version? Does it include new code from Lew Rossman that he called bug fixes for SWMM 5 with a version number of 5.1014?

@dickinsonre we were trying to figure out what is going on with appveyor/pr, so that is there has been a lot of PR. But this version does include bug fixes to SWMM 5.
