Update Notification metabox

This box is confusing and hard to use. Let's simplify the options here:

@stevejburge Everything in that metabox seems to be straight forward and not sure of what else to simplify unless we want to remove some stuffs from the metabox?

"This won't have any effect unless you have at least one workflow targeting the "Notify me" box"

Also, I think we can remove the "Notifications Log" area.
