[QPG] fix: Warning GCC 12.2 in mbed_alt

Issue:
GCC 12.2 compile throws a new warning on a mismatching function definition.

Fix:
Adjusted API to fix warning and build with GCC 12.2 iso adding -Wno-error=array-parameter to build
