pr 19845 triggers a restyled error. Guess the reason for this error may be that I deleted the previously restyled file. I can't figure this out, so I'm reposting this pr. #19845

@jczhang777 Can you please put some simple CI in place to verify this platform builds? Happy to handle that in a follow up, but please prioritize that. If platforms get out of date/broken, we'll likely have to disable them, CI is a great way to handle that.
