This fixes some open Scala Steward PR's [https://github.com//pull/828 , https://github.com//pull/794 ] that are not compiling due to sbt-prompt plugin that has not been upgraded in a long time and carries with it a deprecated sbt-git plugin .
I have removed that plugin and handwritten the prompt to mimic current config .
I have an https://github.com/agemooij/sbt-prompt/issues/25to publish a new release , and will add back should that happen
