List of changes proposed in this PR:

This PR is a continuation of #2689.

  • Add threat model labels for remaining pages
  • Remove admonition in tools.md which describes the above feature as an experimental one
  • On the desktop Linux distributions page, add brief footnote about reproducibility and its usefulness against supply chain attacks
