Description

Added the SEO & Metadata tab to the Page page type as is created by default in new Slice Machine projects. This means that the existing page types and documents in this starter are in line with new SM projects.

Have updated the repository, templated the fields and added the updated documents to the documents folder. I have tested this in localhost and as installing as a new starter project.
