Font Updates and Styling Updates to Welcome Page

Description

This PR updates the design of the login page and changes the font designs:

• Implementing a new variable font (geist-variable.woff2) for improved typography.
• Added a local font file instead of google font because google fonts doesn't have stylistic alternates in it.
• Adding a full-width option to buttons for better layout flexibility.
• Enhancing the visual design of the login form with new styles and background elements.
• Added a SVG version of company logo for more sharpness.
• Added SVG background elements so it loads faster and for sharpness.
• Improving accessibility and responsiveness of input fields and buttons.
