about:debuggingloadmanifest.jsonfrompackages/extension/build- url from sender/tab, better per-extension errors extension#44Strictly neither of these actually require this bump (it works fine as-is since only the extension needs to be updated), however the first one changes the load procedure slighty with some init error logging, and it is good pulling this in just in case things do go wrong with any extension. The logs would be good in these cases.
