For seboettg/citeproc-php#93: Fatal errors when using Citation Style Language with Turkish locale; originally reported at https://forum.pkp.sfu.ca/t/articles-in-the-second-locale-language-do-not-show/62967.

For users with older versions of OJS 3.x who are affected by this, you should be able to correct it by running

cd plugins/generic/citationStyleLanguage
composer update

(You'll need Composer to be installed on your server.)
