Permissions

Authors Dashboard

When author is looking at the review stage. Reviewer listing shows up only if there are reviews that are Open and completed (meaning its submitted by reviewer).
And its only let author to see 'Review Details'. Also should not show the status details.

Editor dashboard
All actions are available to editors and assigned subeditors. Only exception which has more complex logic is loginAs and Editorial notes, which is calculated server side and its covered here - #10290

Competing interests

In the reviewer status column we indicate if the reviewer has competing interests. To make this show up. Following steps are needed

• As Admin, Add some description to Settings -> Workflow -> Review -> Reviewer Guidance -> Competing Interests
• As result we will tell reviewer there is policy to disclose competing interests when he is submitting review on the first screen
• As reviewer submit review and select I may have competing interests (Specify below).
• Now its indicated in the reviewer status.
