There is still to consider how the supported locales needs to be considered for article titles -- I do not know it now. I marked this in the issue pkp/pkp-lib#9912.

A few minor things I noticed that could be updated for Submissions:

• In LucenePlugin.php there are a couple of cases of /* @var $article Article */ that could be updated
• Another case of the Article class:

  lucene/classes/SolrWebService.php

  * @param $article Article

• Use of deprecated getType() to update:

  lucene/classes/SolrWebService.php

  Line 534 in 6d2b5f0

  $types = $article->getType(null); // return all locales

Looks good to me otherwise!
