Adding french translation

Hello,

I use snappass from two years and I see recent updates, like translations ! Before, I used patch files to translate 😄. Now, I want to contribute and add the french translation directly into the application.

Here comes my modifications, but the application stay in English. What I miss ?

i18n might not be working, and we should test again after #375 is merged.

Hello,

I just saw the commit 2 weeks ago. I build again SnapPass using the new Dockerfile and all others files, it's now working. I have a french version of SnapPass !

Here is the messages.po file of the french translation. Could you please include it into the repo (I'm not familiar with git things like pull request, etc.) ? Free to you to modify headers.
