Change the bubble text to reflect the status of the ACK bit

The ACK frame previously always shows ACK regardless of the bit status.

• changed the bubble text to reflect the status of the bit,
• included a value for the bit to allow HLA to pick up the ACK state.

First release. It is built with Saleae Analyzer SDK, using the cmake build system. It uses FrameV2 so it can be used only with Saleae Logic 2.3.43 or newer.
