I believe I've followed all the instructions properly. I'm just about to start writing the USB code and wanted to get this squared away. This is a prototype device for SNES speedrunners. The code is under MPL, and the schematics are under CC-BY-SA. This seems to be the best way to ensure everything is covered properly and is fully open-sourced.
