Hide "resolve vote" + deadline info once open bounty is "accepted" #393

Once an open bounty has been closed out (it displays "accepted" on the page) we should no longer show:

The "resolve vote" button
The deadline date/time information

Once a bounty is accepted, this information is irrelevant, so there is no need to display it.
