On bounties where there is more than 18 submissions, the "accepted" bounty doesn't pop to position 1 like it is supposed to: https://degen.poidh.xyz/bounty/329

It only does AFTER you have loaded it via "load more"

Need to adjust so that "accepted" bounty is always displayed first even if it's hidden by load more.

Now accepted bounty doesn't pop to position 1 at all, so this needs to be fixed across the board.
