Enable to receive picture message sent by using aws pinpoint console

Send picture message from pinpoint console, then android device received and showing picture.

I think enhancement for aws pinpoint console is complete now.
For people who using aws-sdk lib (of course using pinpoint service), there are more to normalize if you are using standard aws-sdk documentation.
