Some of these changes where tested on lfe-gem and kfe-gatt.
Still working on some of the issues.
Wanted to push this PR before changing the repository name.

DEV: Gauges have PG struct instead of VG so it can work with generic rough gauge widget. DEV: iTermBits check not zero. DEV: FB_VRC Logger DEV: ADS to read PIP for interlock FIX: Ebara Turbo Reset TOF to TON FIX: Turbo Logger starting state
