Fix the --mfa tag and allow the multi factor to be preselected. Now the login command can be invoked like this:

saml2aws --idp-provider OneLogin login --skip-prompt --mfa="OLP"

• TOTP (Google Authenticator)
• OLP (OneLogin Protect)
• SMS (OneLogin SMS)
