The suggestions in PR #529 after it was merged are great suggestion's and could be added to the docs.

This should also be a time to update the notion docs with related information and who to contact when things need to be updated ASAP in an emergency as well.

Just need to add docs to the Notion and we can close this issue.

Updated the notion to have an emergency contact page.
