The script worked well for a few days now, so I think it's worthwhile to have it on master. If any bug comes up it can be fixed in future PRs. |

Some parts of it are disabled at the moment, as intended (hint: check for
# TODOcomments). We can enable them progressively after seeing that the check works well for some time.https://github.com/paritytech/subpub/tree/releng and https://github.com/paritytech/crates.io/tree/releng will remain in a WIP state for a while and I'll refine those in the coming days. They should be in a better state before we move onto publishing to crates.io.
