chore: rework wasm gen and some workspace config #60

Swap out manual wasm + binding generation script with new denoland/wasmbuild tool.
Change formatter max width 120 -> 100
Get rid of no-longer-existent Rust Analyzer vscode extension config field

Note, we must now import and call getBindings from /bindings/mod.ts.
