Overview of change:
[bugfix] show errors when
tsconfig.json
is invalidFixes: #3409
Is there anything you'd like reviewers to focus on?
This might break users with invalid tsconfig.json, obviously. It also reports invalid (or yet unknown) compilerOptions. That might be a problem when you target different versions of typescript with the same config. However,
tsc
will output the same error upon execution.I consider this a bugfix, because users should notice when they use an invalid tsconfig.json.
