Steps (installing the app from scratch):

1.- Attach a basic auth account
2.- In Settings view, attach a new one (file list of this account displayed)
3.- Go to settings view, select the first account, and then, click on Files

Current: App crashes
Expected: Switch to the first account

Related: #1005

Tested with iPhone 6SPlus v11.3. Server 10.0.8

Steps:

  1. Download a MS Officeor text file and open it
  2. Pinch to zoom in portrait
  3. Set landscape

Current: Black space to the right
Expected: Document occupies the whole screen
