Yes, makes sense. We could render the template (and thus show a translated preview of the mail) and then allow the user to change the text. We need to consider several things:
Instead of customizing the whole mail, maybe just a personal message textarea is enough. That would be easier than allowing placeholders and having to deal with the layout issues and HTML vs plain text mails. |

Yeah, a personal message textarea should be enough. The rest should be default and decided by the admin. |
I'm wondering if there is any progress on this 3 year old issue. Our users would also greatly appreciate the possibility to add their own comment to the mail that is sent. A small personal text area would be perfect for that! |

Please could you allow end users to configure the email message before its sent.
Almost every time, our users would like to share files with clients and need to include additional information about the issue of files.
I have created a mock design on how this can be easily achieved.
