In the upcoming 10.0.10 a user password cannot be set to "0".
Do we document this?
If so, where?

I guess so. But also you cannot create the user using occ user:add or reset their password with occ or the webUI and give a password of "0".

And if it has not been done already, that will need updating for 10.0.10 also because of thee change in the UI to default to sending users an email, and the admin does not create an initial password.

When completed, it needs to be back(cross)ported to the Antora version of the docs. Actually, best to move the issue there.
