Set Gazebo version

An important detail that I forgot on the original README. Let me know if it works for you, @quarkytale ! You'll need to clear your build and install folders and build everything again. You can check that the logs say "Compiling against Ignition Fortress".

Is it supposed to be export IGNITION_VERSION=fortress with two s?
Either case I'm still facing the same issue.

[ign gazebo-1] Version error: I cannot find this command in version [5].
[ERROR] [ign gazebo-1]: process has died [pid 69306, exit code 255, cmd 'ign gazebo /home/dharini/buoy_ws/install/buoy_gazebo/share/buoy_gazebo/worlds/buoy_no_plugins.sdf --force-version 5'].

Though it seems I might have rosdep dependancy issues,

ERROR: the following packages/stacks could not have their rosdep keys resolved
to system dependencies:
buoy_gazebo: Cannot locate rosdep definition for [ignition_gazebo6]
