feat: integrated to algolia. WIP

config is there and the indexing runs. but no search results yet

To re-index run
docker run -it --env-file=.env -e "CONFIG=$(cat ./search.config.json | jq -r tostring)" algolia/docsearch-scraper

Note youll need the api keys
