how to update pnpm using pnpm self-update ?

In my terminal, it shows:

When I try to run the command corepack install -g pnpm@10.4.0, nothing happens. It still shows me that the pnpm version is 10.2.1 when I type pnpm --version. I then checked the official documentation, which states that the recommended way to update pnpm is by using pnpm self-update. However, when I attempt to use pnpm self-update, it gives me an error.

Nothing to stop. No server is running for the store at C:\Users\Samiul\AppData\Local\pnpm\store\v10
 ERR_PNPM_CANT_SELF_UPDATE_IN_COREPACK  You should update pnpm with corepack

 Now how can I update pnpm ?

corepack use pnpm@10.4.0
