Attribute names in config file

Hello !
My plugin uses strings as attribute names to fetch from the TANGO bus, and the names of these attributes may vary from user to user. For example, say I have a spectrometer for which the wavelength axis can be named "lambda" or "wavelength". I would like the user to be able to put this the config file. Ideally with a dict {} but it's also ok as a simple array with a comment to put the order of attributes (say, ["lambda", "intensity"].
I tried with a dict and it doesn't work, and when I put an array with several entries, the visualisation of the list doesn't always appear correctly when I show the config (images attached + excerpt of toml file)

So my questions : is it possible to have a dict with keys? If not, what am I doing wrong for the visualisation to be different in the two cases shown below ?
Also, is it possible to remove some of the "Main" config parameters which are irrelevant (like LECO or TCP/IP...etc.)
[I have many more questions about what can or cannot be done with the config, but I think it would be best to chat about it on the phone, too tedious to write AND read ;) ]

I did some tests and from this toml

which behave as: list gives a combobox and dict gives a nested tree

@seb5g sorry I couldn't reply earlier ! So, it doesn't work and it's getting weirder and weirder. Is the config file copied somewhere else ? It seems that some parameters get updated but not overwritten when the parameters are changed in the TOML...
I also had a look here : C:\Users\APPLI.pymodaq\config_tango.toml the file is empty... I'm very confused. Sorry !!!

...That fixed everything ! I removed the old config file and a fresh one with all the right behaviours got written instead !
