This PR includes:

• Model migration
  • detector (YOLOX)
  • backbone (CSP-DarkNet)
  • neck (YOLOX-PAFPN)
  • head (YOLOXHead
• Integration of YOLOX and YOLOX-tiny
• Tests -> It will be done in the next PR
