Description
Adds
full_state_update
attribute to custom metrics. The value assigned to the attribute for each metric was determined using thetorchmetrics.utils.check_forward_full_state_property
function. The torchmetrics version had to be restricted to 0.9.1 to prevent the warning from showing up due to an internal pytorch lightning class (see Disable (any) warning in lighting? Lightning-AI/pytorch-lightning#13328 and Fix v0.9 integration with PL Lightning-AI/torchmetrics#1058).
Fixes
full_state_update
is not set in anomalib (Torchmetrics v0.9) #366Changes
