Add transform_config to the main config.yaml file.

Description

• This PR adds transform_config to main config.yaml file. With this addition, the user will be able to provide a custom data transforms using albumentations serialization augmentation pipeline.

• Fixes How to use data augmentation during training process (especially PatchCore)? #155
