Description
Currently, if a step of the E2E setup script fails, it will just keep going, leading things to be deployed in incompatible orders.
It's preferable to just exit as soon as a failure occurs so that it's surfaced to the user and the rest of setup is paused, instead of creating confusing mixed situations.
