[FEATURE]: Change the UI of Data Configurations panel

Update the UI for Data Configurations panel with the below points:

1. When user clicks on 'Add' button is should redirect to new panel with back button.
2. Selecting value from aggregation dropdown it should render other input fields.
3. On clicking back arrow icon, list of selected metrics should be displayed.
4. Fields can vary depending on the type of visualization chart.
