Describe the bug
Covid19 daily cases layer is not displayed, an error message is shown

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

start application
run initial load
open layers menu
select daily cases layer

Expected behavior
the layer with timeline should be correctly loaded

Additional context
The cause is new structure in response for available dates
