Allow navigation to location cards

The problem

I would like to navigate to a specific location card, or more generally, use oh-location-card outside of the "locations" tab in the home page.

Your suggestion

Two ideas:

1. Expand the functionality of the existing navigate action in, for example, oh-button to navigate to a specific location by semantic name. Example configuration might be actionPage: home:locations:Bedroom or similar, and this directly opens the oh-location-card that's associated with that room.
2. Enable the usage of oh-location-card outside of the home page locations tab

Additional information

I feel like this would be an extremely useful feature as finding a specific location can be rather cumbersome (particularly on a mobile screen), especially if there are many of them. With this functionality, users could create custom layouts with buttons that link to specific rooms, or, for example, directly link location-cards from a map-view.
